Designed for the most severe service & high impact applications
Body is fabricated from 1/4” AR-400 high strength (165,000 p.s.i. minimum yield) which is abrasion resistant quenched & tempered steel-no flat floor to take a direct hit
43.5” radius sides (true half round) with overall height from center line 47.5”- 56” tailgate height, 60” front bulkhead—all 1/4” AR-400 (side boards optional)
Half cab protector
14” full depth rear corner post with 1-1/4” top hinges and pins along with H.D. latches
No square corners for material to wedge into
Front mount telescopic hoist (trunion mounted inverted hoist cylinder is an option)
5” square x 3/16” wall tube top rail
4” x 10” x 3/16” wall tube long members
Severe duty rear hinge assembly with 2-7/16” full width pin
High lift air tailgate (76” clearance at center line) with independent air tank for enclosed lift cylinders, accessible for maintenance but protected from loaders
Full length 10 gauge fenders up through 16 foot long bodies (optional over 16’)
6 panel tailgate functions as dump through or high lift
H. D. 3/8” thick keyhole chain connector plate “banjo eyes”
