This International FL-15 rolled out of our shop ready to earn its keep on every job. Our team fitted the chassis with a Warren frameless 15′ bed and a double acting 2-way tailgate dump body setup, then finished it with a cab-controlled tarp and heavy towing hardware. Because the customer needed one truck to haul, spread, and tow, we engineered a frameless dump body build that switches roles without slowing down.
A Frameless 15′ Bed Built for Heavy Loads
First, we focused on strength and payload. The frameless design drops the deck height and cuts dead weight, so the truck carries more material per trip. Moreover, the clean, glossy black finish holds up to abrasive loads and everyday abuse.

Double Acting 2-Way Gate for Flexible Unloading
Next, we installed a double acting 2-way tailgate dump body gate that both swings and spreads. As a result, the operator can barn-door the gate wide open for chunky loads or crack it at the bottom to meter material on a windrow. Consequently, one truck handles clean dumping and controlled spreading from the same tailgate.

Cab-Controlled Donovan Electric Tarp
In addition, we mounted a cab controlled electric tarp from Donovan at the headboard. Therefore the driver covers or uncovers the load with the flip of a switch—no ladder, no climbing, no lost time. Furthermore, a tarped load stays legal, secure, and protected from wind and weather on the highway.

1″ x 17″ Warren Pintle Plate with 50-Ton Hitch
Finally, towing muscle anchors the rear. We mounted a rugged 1″ x 17″ Warren pintle plate with a 50-ton pintle hitch, D-ring tie-downs, and full LED lighting. Although the spec demanded careful engineering, we delivered a dependable frameless dump body truck on time and fleet-ready.
